Shipping policy

Shipping Method

We use various shipping methods to ensure your order is delivered on time and in good condition. We primarily use FedEx, DHL and UPS.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are determined based on the weight, dimensions, destination and value of your order. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to ensure that our customers get the best value. In addition we always offer free shipping within Germany, within Europe for order values above 100€ and to USA for order values above 150€.

For deliveries outside of Europe all customs and duties are included at the final checkout.

Shipping Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within Germany within 1-3 business days. For other destinations shipping will take between 1-5 business days. However, please note that shipping times may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. Delivery times are merely an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

Shipping Damage or Loss

While we take every precaution to ensure that your order is delivered safely and in good condition, sometimes shipping damage or loss can occur. If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@natalies-cosmetics.com so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Products can be returned within 30 days after receiving them, however only in their original packaging and without having been opened and used. We cannot take back and refund used products due to hygiene reasons. For more information please take a look at our return policies.
